Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All products are shipped via UPS within the United States. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

If an item is missing from your order please email shop@ronaldisleyliquidgold.com within 5 days of receipt of your delivery.

If you have placed an order in error, we request that you notify us immediately. Once your order has shipped it will be considered final.

Food and beverage products can only be returned if damaged. FDA rules state we cannot take returns of open products by law.

If product is returned unopened, the customer is responsible for payment of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
